I believe this boat is discontinued as of 2007, but they made alot of them for several years, so you can often find them used. It's a rec boat that is very stable and wide. It's not a fast kayak, and it's not intended for anything over class II. It's best for lakes and lazy rivers. I got mine used when a university was selling all their boats off.
